Delivery/Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. 

We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please email badghoulsclubuk@gmail.com within 28 days of purchase, if you are wanting to return or exchange any items and we will provide you with our return address.

Returned products must be in their new and unworn condition, returned in the original packaging where possible. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. On the day of receiving your return, we will send out your replacement product or process your refund. Refunds will be issued in full, excluding the original shipping cost.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, then please get in touch at badghoulsclubuk@gmail.com within 7 days since receiving your item(s).
